The  Master Landscape Plan


The Picacho Hills Master Landscape Plan project was created to focus on common areas
​not maintained or improved by HOA's.
  • The first phase of the project in 2017 was the corner of Picacho Hills Drive and Fairway Village Drive. The other corner of Fairway Village Drive and Picacho Hills Drive was landscaped in Spring, 2018.  
  • In the summer of 2018, the next phase included Picacho Hills Drive at lower Miramontes. Shortly thereafter, landscaping began along Barcelona Ridge Road down the hill from upper Miramontes. 
  • Since then, areas along Barcelona Ridge and  the south border of Picacho Hills Drive have been improved. 
  • In 2024, the area from the Casitas to Via Norte was graveled and planted.
  • ​Future Projects are already under discussion.
