A Community Built on Connection   

The Picacho Hills Property Owners Association is a voluntary organization dedicated to strengthening neighborhood connection, communication, and community pride. We are not an HOA. Instead, we are neighbors working together to enhance the quality of life in Picacho Hills through engagement, information, and shared experiences.

Our association brings residents together through social events, educational programs, community projects, and philanthropic initiatives that reflect the character and values of our neighborhood. 

A Voluntary Organization 

Membership in the Picacho Hill Property Owners Association is completely voluntary. We do not enforce rules, collect mandatory dues, or function as a homeowner's association.
