The Landscape Plan

 

The Picacho Hills Landscape Plan project was created to focus on common areas
​not maintained or improved by active HOA's in Picacho Hills.

 

  • The first phase of the project in 2017 was the corner of Picacho Hills Drive and Fairway Village Drive.
  • The other corner of Fairway Village Drive and Picacho Hills Drive was landscaped in Spring, 2018.
  • In the summer of 2018, the next phase included Picacho Hills Drive at lower Mira Montes.
  • Shortly thereafter, landscaping began along Barcelona Ridge Road down the hill from upper Mira Montes. 
  • Since then, areas along Barcelona Ridge and  the south border of Picacho Hills Drive have been improved. 
  • In 2024, the area from the Casitas to Via Norte was graveled and planted.
